For individuals ready to develop greater independence and life skills.

Focus: confidence, travel training (where relevant), healthy living, digital access, self-advocacy.

Pathway 4

Belong

For individuals at risk of isolation or social exclusion.

Focus: Sparkshift Community participation, volunteering routes, meaningful activity, community connection.
