Housing with a Human Touch
Not just accommodation. A structured pathway into stability, independence and belonging.
Lumina Pathways CIC provides safe, well-managed supported tenancies and tenancy sustainment support for people who are vulnerable, in transition, or at risk of housing instability. We exist to reduce tenancy breakdown, prevent avoidable crisis escalation, and create stable homes where individuals can rebuild confidence and capability at their own pace.
What We Provide
Supported Tenancies
(Short-Term and Longer-Term)
We secure and manage accommodation that is safe, suitable and aligned to the individual’s assessed needs. We work with referrers to ensure placements are appropriate, risk-informed, and achievable.
Tenancy Sustainment Support
We provide structured support that helps tenants maintain their home, strengthen daily living skills, and reduce the likelihood of eviction, abandonment, or repeated placement moves.
Transitions & Step-Down Housing
Where an individual is stepping down from hospital, residential settings, or higher-support placements, we support a safe transition into community living with practical, stabilising tenancy support.
Planned Move-On Pathways
Our work is designed to move people forward—towards independence, employment readiness, community participation and long-term housing stability.

We operate with clear policies, safeguarding discipline, and accountable decision-making appropriate to a not-for-profit housing provider.
